I’d like to share পরিবেশ, my end of year illustration project, inspired by Kolkata’s Mallick Ghat flower market. My uni tutor in London gave us the word ‘environment’ as a prompt. The text reads ‘environment’ in Bengali, and through this piece I’ve attempted to depict the most colourful, stimulating, sensory and overwhelming environment I have set foot in so far.
