Mallick Ghat Market, located in central Kolkata on the banks of the Hooghly River, supplies vast arrays of marigolds, jasmines and lilies to vendors which then go on to sell the produce all over the Indian subcontinent. This explosion of colours is a feast for the eyes, and it is difficult for the lens of a camera to do it justice.
