I devoured my way through this gastronomic haven of a city. Presenting, in tapas-sized descriptions and photos, my foodie ventures of Barcelona.
• Pan fried Calamari, olive oil-soaked fresh bread and burrata salad. (I found out rooting through receipts with an ironic smile that this tapas bar was actually Italian, what a typical tourist).
• Succulent wine, crackers. More empinadas. Patatas. Chicken and cream salad, infused with truffle oil.
• Cream filled, deep fried and sugar-coated monster sized croissants. An instant regret. No time for a photo of this beast.
• Spinach empinadas, olives and tomato bread.
• A beautiful hybrid of iced coffee and ice cream, which fueled my wanderings.
